Jack Flinchum,
What a great read! Rogelberg provides practical, actionable advice based on the most up-to-date research on 1:1s。 The book helps to rethink 1:1s and how to make these commonly occurring meetings most impactful。 Highly recommend for anyone to get the most out of their 1:1s!
